4-pack cannot be traded. You get one copy on the buyers account and 3 gifts. And after having the game, you cannot buy the 4-pack again.
So your option would be to buy separate copies.
Edit: Also, he states webmony. But to OP: Webmoney is not used outside of Russia, so there's really not much of a seling point by selling games from Russian Steam for webmoney. :P
