Unfortunately, there is no way you can redeem with 960 but if you have any friends who have those GPU, you can ask them to redeem for you.
Edit: Sorry i can't help you with the redemption cause my GPU is 1070 :(
Yeah sadly GTX 1070 can't redeem the code but if you know anyone with GTX 1080 then they can redeem it for you.
Still have any codes? Are they global? And 30 steam wallet code good for trade?

It's really hard cause the code is tied to your GPU so there is no way you can redeem mutiple same bundle game codes with different nvidia account. Per GPU can only redeem one code each protmotion.
