just the same as resident evil - it shows ru+cis in the description but has no restriction :)

How can you be sure that this version hasn't got a region lock? Just because there isn't a notice saying onlyallowrunincountries ru, cis...? I ask because another Steamtrades seller (rash) says it has a region lock, no doubt.

on steamdb it says that the game is restricted only for purchase and there is no "onlyallowrunincountries ru" entry

the same thing with resident evil - I have sold about 30 copies and everyone was happy

You said another user that you sell a ROW version. So yes you may be a bit responsible if a bunch of people buy the game from you and maybe can't play it.
