3D Realms Anthology is incredibly common because it's been sold after removal (recently), announced it would be removed, and went on sale constantly saying that this will be the last chance to pick it all up. Blur, on the other hand, is incredibly rare, and Cryostasis was removed years ago and steadily went up in value.
I'd be looking for $275 for Blur + Cryostasis, I wouldn't value 3D Realms over $10 atm, even for a gift.

The list price of a game has no impact on the value of the removed game. The factors are the rarity, quality, and demand. The 3D Realms Anthology was an announced removal, as the devs told everyone the pack would be removed on December 31, 2015, and because of that, everyone stocked on copies. Plus the game was bundled right before removal and was bundled again recently, a few months after removal.
Blur, on the other hand, is much more rare and incredibly popular, driving the value to over $200 easily.
Cryostasis, while bundled, was also removed many years ago and has slowly increased in value over time. It's becoming more rare as keys and gifts run out and the game itself is decent, being one of the more popular removed bundle
I suggest that you start looking into the value of other removed games before you start trading for them, I saw your post with the games you're looking for, a few of those would most likely run you over $1000 each ^^

It's part of the risk, I've paid a lot for games that came back and also sold games that eventually came back. You just have to decide whether you want a game enough to pay the current price, knowing you may be missing your chance to get it.
I haven't sadly, been trying to track one down but no luck so far (still bummed I didn't get it from Amazon after the steam removal and before it was pulled from Amazon, but I was broke at the time).
Joint Operations Gold is not removed, and Wolf is the most expensive game in my list at the moment, sorry.

I may consider games that aren't removed for removed games, but they wouldn't be bundle games and would have to be an overpay compared to the value of the games offered, so I'll pas, sorry.
I'm not selling Mafia II from the bundle, I'm selling the original game, Mafia, and Mafia II - JAPAN, both not available in the store anymore.
I own that one as well. There are very few games that have ever had keys that I still need, none of them bundled. They were either beta/promotional keys distributed directly by the developer or games sold on third party sites with steam keys.
Not interested in keys, only gift copies, and the game is too common right now to buy extras.

Please at least make some sort of offer if you're interested in a game, I don't mind if the offer isn't exactly what we want because we can discuss it, but I at least want to know you have a reasonable idea of the value (offering 100 TF2 keys for a game that I'm looking for 120 TF2 keys for at least makes sense, but a 10 TF2 key offer tells me you don't know the value or you're trying to rip me off).
