Payment, I bought the Resident Evil Revelations Pre Order ROW from his 21tf2keys 20 days.
And there was no ROW and when I try to register the yesterday Resident Evil Revelations.
It was a RU / CIS.
He was still on my friends list. The reports that it is RU / CIS him, I ask for a refund.
However, he said no problem to Play. And he rejected the refund request.
