You don't understand, i can't just buy a pack as a gift and give someone to activate it, purchase as a gift option is disabled. But i can get you a few copies from my accounts and give you the gifts from unpack. When i unpack it i get a gift of Don't Starve Together which is ROW by the way. Yes i know about the unpacking of 4 pack gives you ROW gift i can unpack those, the price for 6 gift from unpacking 2 four packs would be 13 CS:GO Vanguard Keys 1 ToD Ticket and 2 ref.

Every game is now region locked from cheaper regions, which is RU/CIS, South America, South East Asia and Turkey. You can read the topic here though it's still possible to activate them over VPN.
Since the games are now all locked only way to activate them now from my store, is if you live in RU/CIS country or over VPN.
And since VPN is kinda risky thing, you risk it on your own. Some people say you might get banned for using VPN. So it's my duty to warn you.
So risk is on you if you still want me to get you the game.
For VPN you have to find it your self, and i can't guarantee that you can activate the game over any vpn, some public vpn's are actually blocked by steam, so make sure to find your self a good vpn.
Once you read all this and understand how things works now, you can ask me for the game price here, or check it on my calculator.
If you agree with my prices you can send me a trade offer and post a note on which email to send you the gift. And i will accept valid offers and send the gift. Or you can add me and send me the items and i will send you the gift.
