I have 5 but they dropped in value from almost a key $2 (7) to $0.7 (14) in less than one year? Wow, the TF2 economy... You can, ofc, have all of them. That offer sounds a little poor to me, but I do not want to exchange my key into refs for obvious reasons (like this value drop).
