Hi, sorry as you can read. I do pay less for untradeable game gifts. Especially giving the fact that South Park is on sale, means you most likely purchased it then. The untradeable price is the second price listed for each game. Meaning that I can only give you 5 keys for an untradeable copy of South Park.
And although I do appreciate you have a high rep, I cannot follow the standard 'lowest rep goes first'. My trade rules are ( as mentioned) , seller goes first.

In this sort of dispute, it's easiest to wait until it's tradeable.
Higher Rep is not a direct correlation with greater 'trustworthiness', and people with 'higher rep' have gone first before hand. Mainly because they agree to the rules of my trade, before they comment or add me.

I was offered 14 TF2 Keys for it probably 3 weeks ago and I now wish I took that offer, at that time I still wasn't sure about trading it as I see collector traders asking for 20+ Keys for it, so I thought maybe if I hang on to it I could get a collector offer in the future. I also had an idea to create a special give-away maybe. But now I just need to build up some TF2 Keys or Sacks of Gems so I can get a game I want before it comes out on 14th April.
I would take less than 14 TF2 Keys for a quick trade but not much less to be honest.
If you want this game to add to you library you would be better off getting hold of a steam key or cd key for it.
Otherwise the only use would be to buy it and hold onto it until all the steam keys/cd keys dry up as an investment maybe.
I can buy them from you for 2 1/2k each, and I can sell the 19 copies I have for 3.5k each :)
