This guy add you and ask you to go first. He refuses to link his steamtrades profile (he hasn't), refuse to give any kind of proof of what he offers. He already have scammed and have been banned from steam trading system since there's a warning when you trade him on steam.

You are right, banned by Valve with trade ban status on probation. But he really has a Steamtrades profile.
