Basically I sold an expensive CS 2 character skin on the community market and I have 33 Euro's in my steam wallet. I originally had the idea of buying TF2 keys and waiting a week, but then I looked at the steam store and had an idea.
Basically I am giving you a 15% discount to any game that's under 33 euro inside the Steam store.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Bundle classic 20.4 Euro in Paypal
,but you can come up with anything yourself.
This is especially useful with Activision/Blizzard or Ubisoft games. Considering in the majority of cases Official Stores and Keyshops can only offer you non-steam keys. Not to mention Activision/Blizzard stops lowering their prices after a while making something like Call of Duty®: Black Ops 1 still cost 20 Euro despite being a 15 year old game.
If needed I can get 2 more euros for a 35 euro game, but it's more of a last resort sort of thing.
I could gift it to you as a digital steam gift card or as specific CS2 keys if I could, but both involve a lot of waiting unfortunately.
