The crux of the issue I have with that trade, is that you redeemed something that I expressly asked you not to. You agreed to unpack the 4 pack and give me back my 3 copies.
When you saw the bug, that said the 3 copies were also 4 packs (which I pointed out were not), you jumped at the chance to try and unpack one of them thinking you would get more copies and trade me back just 3 of them. ie you thought that if you unpacked, what you thought were 3 4-packs, you would trade me back 3 and keep the other 6......
Please don't try to make out you are in injured party here, you effectively stole that copy from me.

No, as per your agreement, he's supposed to give you Brink + 1 CS:GO key after you'd give him the 3 Tropico 5 copies, and since you broke that agreement by activating a second copy for yourself, he's not obligated to give you anything.
