Runescape membership codes are found on membership cards that are sold at convenience stores such as CVS, 7-11, etc. You can also buy them online (http://www.pcgamesupply.com/buy/Runescape-30-Day-Game-Card-World-Wide-Online-Code/). Membership cards retail for $7.95.

I just realized that some people might be concerned that they will send me the code, but not receive the game (because i'm asking for something that is not sold through steam). To rectify this, I will send a copy of Day of Defeat: Source (retail: $10) over steam before you send the membership code to prove i'm not going to rip you off.
