I see on the Steam database there is only 1 Evil Within exist and there is RU tagged you can buy for restricted
country you can activate them using russian VPN and your game is ROW but when the game is released you can't run them
because theres is a RUN region lock them.
You buy the game activate them using Russian VPN and if the game is ROW what's the guarantee if this really worked ?
You can'T check them because the game is not yet released ! When the game is released you prayed them the game is still worked when it's not worked you suck !
The Gift i sell has SubID 35415 which is present in all stores worldwide, in russia and brazil it has a lock that is removed after activation once but in core it is the same ROW version of any other store and when activated to an account it hold its SubID forever and that is how i check it will work after release, i do not know what subid you talk about but even if after release the russian store got a new SubID the already activated gifts will not be affected, so please make sure of what you are saying
