Honestly if you're going to scam someone think about what would happen...Krocker has every right to have dudezx banned...If Krocker would rather your friend be banned then talk it out than to each there own...(I'd talk it out)

im going to do my best to sort out the situation and find a resolution, yes dudez did scam, but he wanted to return the game, i dont think he should be fully banned but atleast on probation and/or banned from steamtrades
exactly. I mean even if he's still banned, he doesn't want the game anyways. Heck, I wouldn't either. He probably feels too guilty.

like who didn't want the game? dudezx? he didn't. He just misunderstood him and thought he was being rude, and then he wanted to teach him a lesson basically... but he didn't deal with the problem the right way. He felt bad about it right after he snapped out of the situation and tried to resolve it.

So what you're implying is that if krocker actually was rude, dudezx would've been perfectly fine scamming him? He still deserves a ban in that case.

Honestly reading more of this drama from the links in drcfb's post, I'd say the best apology would be accept his punishment, and hopefully learn something from it.

I noticed you conveniently forgot to mention the fact that after dudezx scammed the guy, he turned around and claimed that krocker was in fact the scammer. He even went as far as to try to get krocker marked as a scammer on SteamRep, where he posted faked chat logs where dudezx still scammed krocker as proof. clicky
dudezx doesn't have an ounce of guilt for scamming the guy. He just doesn't feel like the game is worth losing his account. If you ask me, he deserves every thing that is coming to him.

This post is just very lightly detailed with the main points. I'm not trying to 'hide anything' for my friend. I gave links to all of krockers side of the story, as it was the truthful one. I'm merely providing another point of view, and trying to stomp out the fire, not fuel it.
Why not just gift him the game and take a screenshot of the gifting? Then go back to "not scamming" or whatever it is you normally do.

regardless of him being banned or not, he's not playing the game, and it will be lost if his account is closed. so you might as well take it. :P

He is got SR Scammer tag and he deserves to banned. Why return for back to give game ? because he is want to delete tag . no one does not need a scammer.
Story
So krocker was trading with dudezx the other day, and they had a misunderstanding which dudezx took as rude. He then scammed krocker as pay back. In the time in between then and now, krocker had gone throught the effort to get him banned here, get him banned on steamgifts.com, and lastly, he was reported on steamrep.com. Krocker is now trying to get his account banned on steam.
Why should you care?
You should care because so far dudezx has made quite an effort to solve the problem. He tried adding him, only to be blocked. He cannot communicate on steamtrades, or steam with him, so I have been the middle man. Because I took dudezx's side at first due to the fact that I traded with him before, krocker is convinced I AM him, even though I'm on the other side of the world with a completely different IP address. He is now trying to get ME banned.
Why am I posting this?
Because dudezx cannot, as he is banned.
