For me I get free games in exchange for card drops. If you gather enough card sets you can trade them for TF2 keys.
So I give you a game and you give me cards depending on the value of the game, right?
And are they random cards?

No you would give me something like AI War 2 which drops 3 (those are random) out of 5 cards so easy badge set I give those 3 random cards to you and that is the entire exchange
How this can work is having multiple accounts for sites like https://giveaway.su/giveaway/view/1583 get many keys then have idlers give you the cards if they don't have the game.
It's too much for me I'm just in it for free games
