What does Origin Account mean?

Origin = EA online game services,they sell games trough Origin,when you have an origin account with Battlefield 3 you can play it,its pretty much like steam

So what's to stop you from just using the account as well, or even worse changing the password on it after the trade?

Whats stopping me is that you will change your password/email so there is no way i can change the pass back .....

Its against the EULA and TOC to trade accounts you know. Also as Maj said above you could easily reclaim your account.
