Even with the current price in TF2 keys, 8 keys are a lot more than the current discounted price, you're asking too much for it.
e.g. Dark Souls 2 14€; you want 9 TF2 keys (each cost 1,80€). soooo......nice try
Depends on the store.
Dark Souls 2 - 14.79$, each TF2 key costs 2.25$ = 6.5Keys.
I didn't consider other store prices though, so in that case, you're right.
What do you mean depends on the store? The new Steam trade restrictions mean you won't be able to get it cheaper than the ~$15 Store price. Dark Souls II is region locked anyways.
Also, the $2.25 per key figure isn't accurate. They may cost $2.25 on the Steam Market, but tons of people sell on here for ~$1.80 each. So, his asking price of 8 Keys is plenty fair.

Thanks for the math. Since they started the 7 day lock on market key purchases I assume everyone is buying their keys for paypal at around your price. If you're not, then this isn't a trade for you.
Makes still no sense: You try to sell games for more then they are at the moment on sale. Period.
