What key? There are no GTA V keys out yet.

About a month ago there we're steam keys of GTA V on G2A. Now their not on there anymore, but it is indeed a ROW copy that can be activated on steam.

GTA V doesn't have Steam keys. They can only be activated at the Rockstar Social Club.

Then they scammed you. The only way to get this game on Steam is to buy a Steam gift. And as I said, keys hasn't been sent yet.
