Are gifts from Poland without a region lock? There's an option on Steamgifts for polish giveaways so there must be some kind of restriction somewhere

this is EU2, ROW gifts (only trade lock but you know about it ;) There is an option on SG for polish giveaways - only for some keys, on Steam we have only ROW gifts http://screenshot.sh/mFsfriZFrxD9m
