I have a US based Steam account with ~$100. I'll buy whatever game you want for TF2 keys.
For every $2 I'll take 1 key. For example, a $10 game would be 5 keys or a $30 game would be 15 keys.
For odd amounts 1 ref = $0.25. So a game that costs $11.50 would be 5 keys 6 ref.
