You can try asking on posts where people are buying games for TF2 keys, PayPal, or crypto. That's how most people do trades involving money. You can just propose the offer to all of them if you want, but a decent number of them will likely outright decline or not answer. You'll have a few who are willing to talk and discuss this with you, though :)

Please don't send me offers if you know your games aren't worth anything. That is a waste of both my time and your time.
I also rarely accept game offers unrelated to games on my wishlist, so try to keep offers to my wishlist alone.
(P.S. I only want games that I don't have and would like to play myself! I am a gamer first and a trader second!)
