I do not understand that the ID64 write it for you in the transaction,because if you do not write, send the transaction to the customer and takes 3 days to get the money minimum, 3 days or 7 days,I not understand it is silly.if not silly, you could explain that you need to please?

id64 is your steam id, or your steam link ( the link that connects to your steam profile,for exemple this is yours: http://steamcommunity.com/id/whizard/ ). When u send as gift to friends and familly the tranzaction takes few seconds man.After u click send i receive the money.
and if I knew that, but via paypal takes 3 to 7 days if you make a refund to get the money to the buyer, I tell you that I already happened to me and I do not understand if you add in steam already have my id and rep,I wondered why, if there is any special reason friend.
