4. You are obliged to write note :
   Affidavit: I'm [your full name, must match with you paypal account name], have already received my goods which is xx [total keys you bought] Mann Co. Supply Crate Key for total payment of $xxx [total payment for keys you bought] from this seller. I'm fully aware that I have authorized this Paypal transaction and I absolutely have no right to cancel or dispute any payment made.
5. I will refund any transaction that not follow any rules above, including different full name in you paypal
6. I'm not dealing with private profiles or other shady profiles
