Unmarketable items can still be exchanged for a much better payout in term of gems DIRECTLY from the Steam inventory. Don't need to become agressive either, it's really not about if I'm low level or unexperienced it's rather about if you feel good about screwing those unexperienced people you talk about on Christmas. Also you're more than welcome to get another free bump. It does not look like it was effective those last 2 times.
