First and first, in my opinion, try not to get scammed by unfair offers.
People mostly use allkeyshop/gg.deals or similar to compare game values. There's small exceptions when games are bundled.
That's where people will try to scam the most. That's most important thing there's to know at the beginning, the rest you'll learn slowly but surely.

Yeah tbh, WWII is just very low priority for me. If you have that one humble key leftover before it loses value when all the CoDs are on Gamepass, than $15 is fair value. But with that one I can wait. If you have Cold War or MW1 or 2, I would pay way more obviously.
