Pretty sure this goes on the discussions section and I am not entirely sure if the site allows it. At least so far as the "potential' scammers.
Don't really see anything wrong with making a list of proven scammers myself though but the site might. Some have policies against naming and shaming.

Ask support or a mod.

I did not know this, but I most certainly will contact somebody. Is going through the Support channel the best way? I'd be pretty shocked if this isn't allowed, as it seems it should be almost a requirement for a site like this...
