ROW steam key, got the retail version of it, and decided not to use the steam key, because I already have the games on steam besides Morrowind. And the disk version of it, is DRM free. So yeah, also it comes with skyrim legendary, oblivion goty, and morrowind goty. I can also give you links to download Elderscrolls: Arena and Elderscrolls II: Daggerfall from Bethesda website.
