See this is generally how it goes. 1 card = 1 scrap 3 scraps = 1 reclaimed metal.
3 reclaimed = 1 ref.
6 refs = 1 key

So by this general formula, it would take arond 54 cards.
However, if you have nicer cards or foils it can be cheaper.
