scammers stay away, you will get reported, I have been approached by 4 people so far of which 3 were attempting to scam.
One was imitating "Archiol" (reputable trader here) and sent the links of the real Archiol (he just changed his Steam Name + Profile Pic and made his profile private) he made a trade offer to give him my games "and then he'll send me the money over paypal later" without asking for my paypal, he also didn't know what his profile pic was.
The other one didn't need to imitate because he seemingly had rep (on steam), he wanted me to go first and then he'll send paypal, turns out he's banned on steamrep and multiple websites for scamming paypal, i asked him to explain and he blocked me.
The last one was just some russian kid that made pretty obvious that he's a (not so smart) scammer, he'd have been scammed himself if he approached a scammer.
I reported them.
Make sure to report them all. Through Steam client AND steamgifts. Every little bit helps and they usually don't last long anyways. Good looking out. Cheers.

These copies were purchased through Steam in EUW, I guess they're ROW but I can't say for sure
I think its ROW, I didn't get a region notification and steamdb doesn't mention regionlock.
I think only the slavs (like RU) are locked because steamdb says that you can't buy it there.
If you happen to buy and can't activate it i'll do a refund of course.
