Actually it seems one of the negative votes is from a confirmed scammer (by steamrep), and the other from a friend of the poster warning the negative vote is from a scammer...
You are almost right (it was impersonator). Support on this site is too busy, so I guess there is no chance that they will review my ticket and remove those feedbacks.
