Bought my version of Dragon's Dogma 2 and didn't look at the comment that it couldn't be activated in the USA. Asked for a refund but was told they can't.

I got a key from Gamesplanet thinking that it was activable in Brazil, but since I bought it in the US store it doesn't activate here (only Canada and US) and the same happened, do you know if your ROW key is actually activable in South America?
