actually thats not a very odd request. MOST people who do paypal trade for tf2keys do ask for something along the lines of the same comment. everything he is asking is quite fair and reasonable.
Maybe here on steamtrades in presence of many youngsters, but that's not common policy in business world. That's not how things are done. It's a way one sided. It's like buyer's digging his/her own grave. Then again.. im new here so i didn't witness in scam attemp..etc. Still i find it hilarious... that doesn't mean i think seller is a bad boy... it's just silly i guess. :) No guarantee at buyers side whatsoever.
