No. But you need Uplay for the "Steam Version" too so I don't really know why people ask this question again and again... If you want to play the game you will need Uplay, or you can't play it.
So , It´s like Child of ligth? I put the key on steam , the game adds to my library and when i go to play in steam , opens a Uplay interface for play?
Not really, you can't activate it in Steam, just in Uplay, but if you get the "Steam Version" of this game, you neither can play it without Uplay.
