I got it at 0.01$ (yep, that was an ugly move I did), and I put it in my "meh" list of games, the ones that I might add to my Steam library if I don't trade it for something I could like. The offer has now ended by the way, Door Kickers is sold for 2.99$ on the Humble Bundle Widget.
I don't want to look like a greedy person, but I don't think I'll trade it for less than 1$ worth of cards (after fees), sorry :/
