Dota 2 keys are sold at around $2 a piece. Steam wallet credits are never 1:1 with real money so if you are referring to the "$3" price of keys in the market, I can sell you dota 2 keys for $2 each.

I'm taking keys as a precaution in case I don't trust the trader for PayPal transactions (no rep, bad rep or not enough rep). Since you cannot chargeback keys. :) But ultimately I'm asking for the same price.
