The sooner people stop buying high tier expensive games from low rep untrusted sellers the better. I'm not suggesting people with low rep are bad sellers but you are taking a risk when buying from them.

Profile rep doesn't mean balls since you can remove negative reps

Never ever rely on profile rep for anything. It can be faked and as stated negs can be removed. While I know this won't help you now, hopefully someone else will heed the warning. I don't even bother reading it on trading partner profiles anymore.

When I first started trading I asked people to leave it for me, now I always say its not necessary and only leave it if its left for me.

There are Russians with 100+, 200+, 600+, 900+ rep,if you wanna get something for cheap price in future ask always them. And Rust cost 6-7 tf2 keys. Steam support may or may not revert the trade for you, problem with this is that this tf2 keys could be already used, sold, or traded to multiple ppl, if these were just gifts this would be easier.

Why are so many people so quick to jump on the bandwagon when someone screams scammer?? It's like a witch hunt. OP offered no evidence of being scammed.

Scammers can pretend to be scammed too you know :/

No offense but if you've been scammed why post it only here? I see no SR ticket despite the fact that they only handle gift scams nowadays which means it'll be handled way quicker then it used to be, seems to me you only want to complain about it, not actually prevent it from happening again.
It appears as if you're just upset with someone and are trying to ruin their rep, either that or you really don't know what people mean when they say proof, only thing you're showing is that he did in fact give you a gift (it's also quite obvious you don't want us to know what you traded it for since you show us other trades, but the one in question is only partially visible in that screenshot) which isn't proof of a scam, it's the exact opposite.
You'll need to show proof that it has been removed from your account + a screenshot of the trade in question.

Edit out your real account name ASAP, that's sensitive data you don't want people to know

-edit-
Also no need to act like i'm the stupid one, I've never been scammed despite having done 700+ trades, and that's just the trades i've done inside the steam trading window, just take it from me when i say that what you consider proof isn't proof at all.

Back OT, first off, it's really unfortunate that you don't have the date shown in windows, and the part of the chat screen that shows a timestamp isn't shown either.

Secondly, I think you assume it's proof that the gift disappeared if you show your inventory history but you're forgetting that games that have been gifted to another steam account (so not trough the trade screen) are NOT visible in your trade history, only in your gift history, so if you're going to file a report you'd need a screenshot of both + that chatlog.
Last but not least, you still haven't bothered to tell us what you traded it for nor do you show us which is the first thing you should do, the guy might as well have given it to you without you paying him as far as we know.

thx for information thougt ,trade was : 5 tf2 keys for rust

That's obviously a scam, luckily you were smart enough to trade for tf2 keys so steam should reverse the trade, this might take some effort on your part but it isn't impossible.
Try to keep in mind that their first (few) responses will be automatic replies, so if they're trying to serve you off with some random answer simply reply and don't stop replying until you get to speak to an actual support staff member.
Then explain the whole situation again, that the gift you traded for (be really clear that it was a trade in the trade window for TF2 keys, they have to help you with that according to their TOS)
Steam support needs a separate account, support can be found here: https://support.steampowered.com/
Finally, if you'd want to really help people out and prevent this guy from scamming other people the same way you should definitely head over to steamrep.com and report him there as well, this is his SR profile: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198023879274
Do keep in mind though that they require proper formatting to accept tickets regarding scams so if you do report him there be sure to carefully check all info requirements, if you're having trouble with that feel free to contact me for some assistance.
