None of those games are worth that much. Between resellers , grey sites , sales and bundles. Most of those games have devalued considerably in price because of their availability on the secondary market and the trading market. Basically there are many copies for trade elsewhere for much cheaper price.
The plugin Enhanced Steam would probably help you best. It tracks prices and dates. A good majority of the games on Steam have been bundled multiple times. Hope this helps understand how trading works.
Not sure about prices in your region. But you can choose several games to make it even (or more beneficial to you).
