Your offer is probably a fair one if you are in Vietnam as the prices are similar there.
If you clicked on the link you would see that it includes current discounts, regional differences, and past sale prices over time. The reddit post can help you make sense of that if you have some time to read it later.
As FO3 is GOTY, Oblivion is Deluxe, and RE:5 is subject to Capcom's regional pricing scheme, they all cost more than L4D2. Everywhere. Especially here in Japan where Bethesda and Capcom games are stupidly expensive. Also especially in Eastern Europe and Ukraine where L4D2 is incredibly cheap.

This games interested me, what can you give me for Dungeon Siege 3 Complete gify and 4 TF2 keys?
I thought about trading as I have moderate interest in Dungeon Siege 2, but I'm not really interested in DS3 (much less the dlc). My guess is that you could make a better trade with someone who is really interested in DS3C.
