I would accept Paypal gift, but if I understand right selling tf2 Keys requires paying Steam Marketplace tax?

I have to admit to not getting using keys as payment, it essentially means you lose %15 with every sale to Valve, which is much higher than accepting any other form of payment. How many TF keys would you be offering?
