If you're offering a key (rather than a giftable copy) and you don't have more than +100 rep, whoever has fewer games/years on their account will be going first. Sorry, but I've been around the trading scene long enough to know that a legitimate trader won't have a problem with that.
Feel free to check my Steam profile - I've got over 1000 hours in TF2, 250+ games, and I've been a member for 5 years. I'm not about to throw all that away for a few measly keys. :)
