Dear all,

I have been recently scammed by the following person:

Here is the proof.

The game has been revoked after a few days. After sending him the messege that the game has been revoked, he renounced me from his friends list. The problem is he has gifts in his inventory that is ready to be revoked when the next guest purchases. If you look at the comments, they are positive, that is because the game hasn't been revoked yet.

If you look at the picture, it says some guy name "Ultraslime" purchased it. So that is obviously his alt id.

Blocked the guy, be very careful with these types of gifts - you'll never know what will happen!

Free bump for you.

I'm afraid I have never used it myself (besides running checks)
CAN SOMEONE HELP OUT WITH ADDING INFO ON STEAMREP?

Maybe he got it from someone else? With the trading system, games pass through many hands before it ends up in someone's account.

if that is the case, why did he instantly renounced me? Without any comment, he just deleted me from his friends list. That doesnt make any sense to me

yeah that usually means "guilty" in my books - the guy had a chance to explain himself or come up with some shitty lie but took the easy way out...

I agree that he seemed kind of fishy. Most likely guilty.

But no point getting it from him. Ask Steam to reverse the trade.

I'm not sure if Steam can do anything in that case - more than likely they reversed the transaction because he did a chargeback on paypal...

That is called fraud and you bet your ass steam will do something for him. Fraud is serious shit and him lying about a paypal charge to gain something out of it is highly illegal.

In your case, you should probably ask Steam to reverse your trade with him. If you traded CS keys or Paypal then Steam won't give a shit.

I'm afraid that is the case here.
