Pinball FX2 is basically a free game, but worths nothing without the DLCs, which are not free. Landmark is some kind of weird thing now, since that Trailblazer Buddy gift is not a standalone game anymore (or something like that, don't know exactly), as far as I know, gift collectors are preferring it.
After making a calculation, Your games worth around 63€, my games are around 96€. I don't feel it's good for me in this version, however I'm opened to negotiate a fair deal.
