please don't post steam ID's since they're pretty much useless. Your link doesn't work since he simply changed the ID. You have to post links to the profile.

Funny how the "non-scammer" put his profile private so no one could validate his claim.
Look inside inevntory then click on game history / transaction
It will say right there all trades done, if it shows that only one game was traded/given then thats not good.
If both shows no trade history at all then i would make a ticket.
99.9 perecnt of time this will track and have description of all transactions.
steam said trade complete but i guess he did not get it
