I only see one marketable item (Cosmic Corrosive Eaglefire from Unturned) worth more than a few cents. Your TF2 items are not tradeable or marketable and nothing else is over $0.05
All of my items are traceable my all are marketable, my unturned inv is already worth about $7
I see I’m so sorry about that although myunturned inv is all traceable, the green items are only tradeable but all of them are worth $1 each
The only items you have tradable are Unturned, and the total item inventory is about $6.00 before fees, which is close to $5.50 Steam Wallet after fees. I can't imagine $10.00 USD for $5.50 to Steam, so maybe take another look.
