I have...

I've got a visa prepaid card to buy 37 keys via paypal, the paypal account isn't verified because I've only ever used prepaid cards on it.

I want...

37 TF2 Keys ($1.80ish, preferably lower, due to the quantity)

I'll go first if you have more rep than me and no negative rep. Also, I'll do the whole " This is a gift and will not be cancelled after being sent" note or whatever you like. I've been using paypal this way for a long time and, as you can see, have no negative rep anywhere. ;-)

Not once have I cancelled a payment out of all my years of trading, if people have no way of selling them to someone with a prepaid visa then guess I'm out of the game, paypal isn't getting my banking information and never will. Thanks again tho. >>
