Two of those accounts are online at the same time. Why do you suspect they're all the same guy?
The main one,got rep from the other accounts, he also tried to add me at the same time as the others did.
And multiple steam accounts can be run using sandboxie.
I've been added by two of the accounts and propositioned with keys. Don't trade a game before a key unless the person has notable rep beyond comments on their profile (which are obviously mostly from each of the other alt accounts.)
This user scammed me yesterday, be careful too... get the key, run out and ignored me.
WOW tomi-killer (alt account 3) added me and I was afraid he scammer so I ignored him
Thanks for letting us know, one of these accounts added me some minutes ago ;)
ohh snap, that Blazzer guy, now called Spectoor added me 2 days ago randomly, offered me the exact same games as in the steamrep posted above, gladly there wasn't anything in there for neither me nor him to trade.. He left a +rep on my profile even though we didn't do a trade, I think I'll delete it.

Those seem all to be from the same guy. They will try to add you and trade for keys, asking you to go first. Then they logout and run.
If anyone of these add you, please ignore and block them!
Im also suspicious of two more accounts that I will post here once I confirm my suspicions.
