So I wanted to make a gift for my friend, and bought him Fallout 3. My biggest surprise was when I found out that he can't redeem it as he's not in CIS (I'm living in Moldova, he's living in Romania). Now I'm sitting with a RL'ed copy of Fallout 3 which I want to trade in for a ROW version of it. Idk if it costs more, but if anyone is kind enough to help me do this trade it would be great.
