I traded a Premium copy about 30 minutes ago and even though it didn't say anything on the gift, it was still locked and I couldn't add it to my library. Keep that in mind, it's very unfortunate but true.

I didn't trade with this person though, but all "cheap" gifts are locked, even though they do not say on the gift itself.
