I just check DotA2 price in Steam Market, and it not the same price as like TF2 Keys
1 Ref will be counted as 0.3 USD -- same value of cards
But cards in your inventary is pretty good value (except Surgeon Simulator card)
I prefer get Ref because it is easy and simple
