16 tf2 keys maybe, but since i won't pay in tf2 keys only (because i have just 8 of them), it will be like paying more than 16, since treasure keys value is higher than the tf2 keys.
that was factored into the price, it usually cost me 16 keys to buy it and i have 1 of the best prices region wise.
and the price difference between dota keys adn tf2 keys isnt much atm

If i'm in need of dota2 keys, and i have tf2 keys i will trade it even not for 1:1.
Since i can find lower prices with dota2 keys, there's no reason to trade 1:1 with tf2 keys, but if i'm in need of it for opening crates i see no problem on trading for a rate different from 1:1.
Would you trade games for the same thing (or less) that you bought 'em?
